Es Coster de na Llusia is located 10 kilometers from Puerto Pollensa, 6 kilometers from Pollensa, 4 kilometers from Alcudia, 7 kilometers from the Pollensa Golf Club, 5 kilometers from the Aucanada Golf Club and 1 kilometer from the main Alcudia-Palma road.
The main floor of the house has 173 square meters with a large living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a pantry, a laundry room, a toilet and one of the main bedrooms, with a 2×2 meters bed and an en suite bathroom.
The living and dining room has a fire place, TV, international digital TV, DVD and a music player with speakers in every room. It is also possible to have a telephone and fax, but you have to expressly ask for it. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has: cutlery, dishes, glasses, cookware, a wave, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a vitroceramic, a coffee machine, a water boiler for teas, a blender and a everything else you might need. The laundry room has a washing machine, a dryer and an iron with an ironing board. In the pantry there is an electronic safe box. There is a big terrace with a garden, a swimming pool and a barbeque. The maximum capacity of the house is of 8 people and the price includes 3 hours of cleaning in the middle of the week. The house comes impeccably clean, with towels, toilet paper, soap and everything you might need so you won’t have to worry about anything.
